Apparently our Minister of Electrocution who is an engineer is not expecting load shedding in winter As an engineer myself and someone who has let the smoke out of many wires and electrocuted myself a few times I am fully expecting winter load shedding.

On the other hand, a certified restaurant cannot order from uncertified supplier.

Even in retail, you will rarely find uncertified product.

They might be but the Muslim population in SA is significant enough to warrant that additional expense. Thought you meant independent restaurants and such in Cape Town.
