It is winter. We have always had loadshedding during winter under BEE. Nothing none of us were NOT expecting.

Thanks... going to be interesting seeing what's going to happen. I'm sure one power station/boiler/generator going down causes some issues on the network, affecting the rest of the units.Resonant failure

They might be but the Muslim population in SA is significant enough to warrant that additional expense. Thought you meant independent restaurants and such in Cape Town.
