You were given plenty of answers and evidence to back it up. You waved it all away with willful ignorance in typical vatnik style. Same lies we've dealt with for a year. You're not fooling anybody.

So I'll light a candle for your hurt fee fees but you deserve all the ridicule you get and more.
Why don't you light a gas lantern instead? Would be far more appropriate.

One of the European countries supplied Ukraine with an air defence system which did not work; it was being replaced "again and again."

Source: President Zelenskyy in an interview for the AP media outlet

Details: Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine’s European partner state has supplied it with an air defence system, which did not function properly so it was "replaced over and over again."

Zelenskyy did not name the country.

The President also stressed that Ukraine does not "actually" have the Patriot air defence systems which the US agreed to supply it with, i.e. they have not been deployed.

Ukraine needs at least 20 batteries of the Patriot air defence systems for protection against the Russian missiles. Even this number may not be sufficient since "not a single country in the world was attacked with such a number of ballistic missiles."
Listened to a good War on the Rocks podcast and they explained the story around the Patriot very well.

A single Patriot costs a Billion dollars. So what makes more sense. 1 SAM site at a Billion dollars vs say several hundred MANPADS and a few cheaper SAM sites (NASAM etc).

They'll get the Patriot, but the reason why it took so long, makes sense.

Ok so tell me how you know how the Taliban negotiate?

Care to share a source that explains their style and how it works, to support your claims.
That does not exist. They negotiate the way Middle Easterners in general negotiate. Long with a LOT of haggling and jockeying for better strategic positions. They don't think like westerners in terms of pros and cons calculations.

Around a third of the economic sectors tracked by the statistics service showed a decline in employment last year, but military recruitment offset almost all the negative impact on the overall number. Moreover, conscription and the recruitment of contractors, compounded by the exodus of Russians from the country, led to a decrease in the male labor pool and a shortage in many industries.
