‘Diabetes made me do it,’ claims Belinda Migor of racist rant calling for black men to be killed

I had cause to look at Google Earth for a bridge in Northern KZN (Zululand) and they may be next to be cancelled or claim diabetes. Imagine my shock and horror when I saw the k word in "print"!

I have to ask, why did the media move on, why did the SARHC move on, why did those who opened cases against her move on? It is bizarre. The vigour poured into previous racist incidents carried through with conviction, though there were exceptions in the past too... I only started to question this the moment the media were content with only a scratch.

The very least those can do who pursued this matter is to update the public on where the matter stands with the court and the police investigation. They had months, they gave themselves months.

The ANC crippling the police, forensics, court, prosecution etc to prevent justice to happen, means the racist Magor will take too long if not ever to appear, so can forever be a scary tale black families tell their kids at night so they vote ANC.
 
So still no evidence of this ever happening and no court appearance at all. But the MyCadre jump around harassing those asking for evidence they can't provide. As usual and expected.

Oh? Which part is ridiculous?

The part where there was no court appearance on the appointed date.
The part where AZAPO and all the accusers are absent from court protests and silent?
The part where the HRCSA is silent.

Or the part where you can't answer the above?

It took the media days to collectively decide on whether the woman should be named Belinda Migor or Magor. There must be a reason why there is not a single report on her court appearance.

Not to ignore the SARHC demanding a public apology, but not seeing reason to investigate without a public apology ever being received. There is an onus on them to report on what has developed since; it is their mandate. AZAPO is zipped, Panyaza is zipped… they opened cases against Magor.

Way too many indicators that the Magor tale isn’t all too sound. Did the police investigator mess up? From what the media told the public, Magor acknowledged the voice message, but blamed it on diabetics, really, why no update? There is no room to be vindicated.

From how I am seeing it, the Whatsapp message is malicious until proven otherwise, otherwise there is gross complicity in this.

Nope. The question was asked here why there was no court appearance. Read back to 27 March on this thread. Everybody is quiet. Why are no protestors at the court?

Nothing. Nada. Zilch.

There could have been a court appearance. The question is whether there is a record, and what decisions have been made. Technically this would have been a procedural hearing, but it also sets the record in motion.

This is what the SAHRC stated,


"It no doubt constitutes prima facie hate speech of the worst possible kind. As a result, the commission’s Gauteng provincial office is assessing the matter and a decision is pending to either investigate it or take it to the Equality Court.

but they didn't investigate, neither did they take the matter to the Equality Court. They demanded a public apology, but clearly didn't receive an apology. The worst kind they say, so why didn't the media then attend the hearing?

This thing doesn't add up. In the case she needs treatment and an evaluation that would have been set out by the court. In the case she is already in therapy, due to reasons, then that would have been made known to the court too, on the record.

Here is the thing, the person could have been in court, or not, we, the public, don't know. I guess one could contact the court since it will be public record, but hey, not up to me.
