Yup it's ridiculous, it really is. What gets to me is, if people would also log bloody tickets so City Power knows there is an issue.

I'm a person that gives them their stupid "30 minutes allowance to restoration" 1 second past that, I get onto their mobi app and log a ticket, but even then ShittyPower takes their own time...

Well we were out last night and when we got home power was up so no idea when it returned. Sadly I turned off HassIO not to add extra drain, so no log on when it came back.
