What? You posted a well known rant by one justice and believe he is the authority on all meaning? o_O
All that I posted there was correct also backed up by a constitutional scholar and history professor amongst others, but do carry on.

An indictment means nothing greggy, it's a rubber stamp. The fact that it took this long speaks volumes. And yes their case is weak and everyone knows it.

Looks like a lot of political maneuvering so far rather than something actually concrete.
 
So, Trump isn't actually denying the charge but rather moaning about the fact that the incident occurred years ago and it was a transaction between two consenting adults. Not sure if he refers to the hooking or the hush payment.

Genuinely haven't seen this much cope on the forum since November '20.

Buckle up, Kieps, this is just NY and we haven't even heard from Willis in GA or the special counsel yet.

Read it any way you like, the reason I posted it for rvZA was to confirm news of the indictment wasn't a leak and had been confirmed by the DA himself.

They already have the headline the were seeking.
"Trump, first president to be indicted" being found innocent later will just be spun as the usual "The courts may have found him innocent, but we all know he is guilty! :mad:" nonsense.

Funnily enough since the US is so focused on faux diversity and checking boxes, I think it's about damn time that the first president with an impeachment and an indictment gets elected don't you? :ROFL:

Trump will never be prosecuted and jailed on these charges. We all know the reason. The government is using its criminal justice system for killing political opposition. Happens in all communist regimes across the globe and the US is no exception. They will only prevent Trump from standing in 2024 and then likely drop the charges. If Trump continues complaining, they will likely fake charges and lock him up for life.

But, they are now opening the door for a guaranteed Des Santis win in 2024. The Dems will need to make sure they rig elections a third time to ensure they win and push the communist drive in the US. Fun times ahead.

Mr Trump's team got wind of this, and his lawyer Michael Cohen paid $130,000 to Ms Daniels to keep quiet. This is not illegal.
However, when Mr Trump reimbursed his lawyer, the record for the payment says it was for legal fees. Prosecutors say this amounts to Mr Trump falsifying business records, which is a misdemeanour - a criminal offence - in New York.
