By your own admission in post you quoted above, you admit that this is a misdemeanor in NY. The biggest problem though, is that the so-called DA is now reviving this charge, which expired years ago, and also trying to up it to a felony.

Chances is 99.9% that no court will prosecute his, but leave the .1% chance to a communist government forcing a judge to make another decision, which happens in all these communist countries, SA included. We have seen this playing out many times.

Any such decision may open doors to prosecute all other presidents, Biden included.

But, then again, we all know this is a politically motived case aimed to prevent Trump from participating next year. He will not be prosecuted. Braggs could not even get the Jury to agree about this the past week.

Here's my prediction: I don't think Trump will surrender himself willingly next week.
I predict he will do the disappearing act before then.
He will go underground and claim persecution.
He will call on his supporters to defend him.

You are 100% correct. I think this is planned. With these fake charges Trump will not stand in next years elections, but it gathers the required support for a Des Santis win. Many Americans, even Democrats are against this and this will open the doors for a guaranteed fall of the Dems communist rule. Unless of course, election fraud persists once again. Normally, where election fraud happens in a country, no one else will ever win again.

No need. The damage is done already. When your justice system becomes the joke of the country and people start losing faith in it, is generally the end for your rule and country itself.
