Still a limited war, damage done to Russia is minor in comparison to what it could be.What do you mean "larger extremely costly war"? Target for the first "partial mobilisation" was 300k mostly men of a certain age. People are currently being summoned to the military offices.
Still not exceptionally large just embarrassingly so, they are only smarting from the pain not roaring because of it. Taking WWI in comparison where they lost millions.... you have a better idea where I am driving at.Their gains despite superiority in manpower and equipment were minimal, at a huge cost to human life and equipment, WWII ornaments included.
Depends on how this war progresses.Putin in my opinion won't be ousted by the masses.
They see it as a defensive war against the Satanic post-Christian West that seeks to make them a client-state and globalize their culture.Thought Christianity is against wars.
People started digging and the found that Vasquez which was on the forefront of a lint of donation work was dishonorably discharged.
Do they really though? Or is that just what they are trying to peddle to the Russian public to try and sell this war,?They see it as a defensive war against the Satanic post-Christian West that seeks to make them a client-state and globalize their culture.
I was not speaking of the political elite but of a large growing section of the Russian public. Re-read what I wrote and the distinction I drew is obvious, as is the apparent disengenuity of Putin in this.Do they really though? Am curious as to how you know what the Russian public thinks, especially considering the state of press freedom in Russia at the moment.I was not speaking of the political elite but of a large growing section of the Russian public.
Oh bits and pieces come out from visitors, podcasts and cultural delegations. Nothing conclusive, just general prognostication. You never actually know what the undercurrents are so far from home.Am curious as to how you know what the Russian public thinks, especially considering the state of press freedom in Russia at the moment.
Russia and Iran join forces with India

You're welcome to do your own further research if you choose to, I'd suggest you ask Bing ChatThey have? Some substantiation from a credible source please and not from a gamer sponsored YT video.

There are oddly strong Afrikaner-Russian ties dating back to the Anglo Boer wars with organizations keeping in contact. There is even a popular Russian folk song about Transvaal.
EDIT: for context, opinion subject to change

You talking about the Malema video?
Of course.
Q - Do you have evidence for that?
A - What? Can't you use Google? Look it up yourself! Go to a blog and see!
You made the claim, you provide the evidence. You know how this works.
