And the middle class ends up paying for all these "SARB instruments to fight inflation" (insert puke emoji here) - ie the rate hikes.
The rich already owns all their property and have loads of investments. Rate hikes just benefits them.
The lower class doesn't even own property and get a lot for free. Shacks/ free housing. Not a fukk is given by them when rates are hiked.

Same story for the taxes in this country. The rich avoids taxes like the plague through clever strategies and tax consultants. The poor hardly pays tax (other than VAT). But the middle class must "kak en betaal".

We need a tax revolt. I'm already revolting by not replacing my old vehicles. I'd rather pay some back yard mechanic to keep fixing them until there are no spares available.
