But you have zero insight into the evidence which was presented to the Grand Jury which indicted Trump on the charges yet you are certain that there is no merit? That's idiotic.

Evidence presented there is irrelevant. They are nothing more than a rubber stamp.
Bragg could have put on a tutu and danced.

Let's try a more simple question. Have you seen all the actual evidence which will be presented at trial? If not, how are you able to determine the merits of the indictments?

Even easier. Did Bragg have access to information that the previous DA did not?
The records haven't changed, the people involved haven't changed.

The bar to obtain an indictment is very low. Hence my reference to dancing in a tutu for all it matters. If you want to believe he had some ace up his sleeve then have at it.

The odds are, however, that this is not the case.

You have no sight of the evidence and thus cannot determine its veracity nor the merit of the case. Relying on statements of previous DA's or experts is not definitive. Don't bother responding unless you have seen the evidence.

The Biden administration on Thursday proposed new regulations that would allow schools to bar transgender athletes from participating in competitive high school and college sports, but disallow blanket bans on the athletes that have been approved across the country.


Under the proposal, schools would need to consider a range of factors before imposing a ban on trans athletes and would need to justify it based on educational grounds, such as the need for fairness. So, for instance, a school district could justify a ban on transgender athletes on their competitive high school track and field team, whereas a district would have a harder time making that case for an intramural middle school kickball squad.
