Electricity was only available for 50% of the population. Life expectancy has now increased. People now have access to education (instead of an education system that prepared them to be labourers- as Verwoerd stated that black minds cannot comprehend abstract things like Mathemathics).
I dont know. According to MyBB'ers- they must already start installing a buite braai lapa for President Moonshot at Genadendal. The ANC will get more than 51% next year so no point in voting
So much better now. You know with that 66% youth unemployment rate.Electricity was only available for 50% of the population. Life expectancy has now increased. Go research it yourself- electricity coverage during apartheid versus today.Complete the picture and give the same stats on electricity and education today, and add the quality of both to the statistics for each as well.
Also bearing in mind that Verwoerd is not on MyBB please.
It's even simpler: they misrepresent the messages on grants from opposition parties, saying that it will fall away if the ANC no longer rules.Yep...they just hammer on apartheid coming back and Die Wit Gevaar before elections and the votes role in.

All the education system has done in SA is make sure the beggars can write nice signs.

Do you really want to gloat about how well the ANC has managed electricity?Go research it yourself- electricity coverage during apartheid versus today.
I wouldnt say it was something to be proud of during Apartheid. Some people just look at things through apartheid tinted glasses. When in reality- services and resources (that everyone contributed towards) was directed at making the lives of the minority comfortable.Do you really want to gloat about how well the ANC has managed electricity?
Go ahead, say it. Say the South African electricity industry under the ANC is something to be proud of.
Geez dude. Have you dropped the crack pipe. A lot of sense which I'm not accustomed toIt's their own choice who they vote for, I won't hold it against them, they can ask for the National Party back and vote for it if they want to, they are free to do anything they want to in a democracy.
What I do hold against them is their resistance to being a functional, responsible community that takes responsibility for their actions.
This is what I would advise them to do:
Stop thinking you are special, because you are not.
Pay for your damn electricity, it's the right thing to do.
Instead of using all your energy to protest against Eskom for installing prepaid meters, organize the community and march to the Gauteng department of health to demand better services for the residents, people will take you seriously.
Do the same about the police and the municipality.
Don't loot your own shops and supermarkets just because people in KZN are doing it, you will have to go to the crime infested Joburg CBD to do your shopping, it's not nice.
Unite behind good community members like Nhlanhla Lux and defend what is yours with the jealousy that it deserves, illegal foreigners are not your problem to deal with, they are the government's.
Try to instill some good morals in the children so that they break the entitlement chain and be better people.

Right now, on the 13th of April 2023 the year of our Lord and Saviour the Ramamessiah, Eskom is able to generate 24 727 MW.I wouldnt say it was something to be proud of during Apartheid. If you were privileged before- then you will see a deterioration of the lifestyle that you used to experience.

For example. In some areas- parties in minority areas can sometimes field very credible, clean, qualified and innovative candidates. Versus a DA candidate who didnt complete school, who has even been accused of dealing drugs and who has been perpetually off sick during their last term. People would vote for the DA candidate in some minority areas- not because of the candidates credentials but because of party loyalty.
Eskom is shyte- but it also was shyte then- lets not deny that.Right now, on the 13th of April 2023 the year of our Lord and Saviour the Ramamessiah, Eskom is able to generate 24 727 MW.
This is about how much electricity it could produce 40 years ago in 1980.

Had the ANC just left Eskom alone to do its own thing, we wouldn't have had load shedding. Now we are going backwards, and reverting to the position where only rich people have electricity.

When we stop insulting or assuming what the other side is trying to say and actually discuss things, it makes it a lot easier. When the person you're discussing something with is respectful, people are more open to the idea that someone can hold a view and not be a terrible person.
