The one chick spread orange powder all over the table. The next table another chick tried the same thing but got man-handled by the umpire/ref/judge/snooker man thingy

Orange powder was a dude.
Other chick was trying to glue herself to the table.
 
so maybe for once SA was the first country to do this, rest of the world catching up to us.

It is an "approved protest" these guys are let in and security stand aside for them.
