It does group them together if they are subsequent calls in or out.

But no, you can’t change anything.

All Windows laptops have terrible sound. Upgrade to a Macbook.

That was a proper cleanup

Even though my Macs have fairly decent sound, I prefer using AirPods for almost everything.
Might try HomePod Minis, but just because I can.

This works brilliant and across all my Apple devices. Expensive at R1900 for lifetime but now I can stream my Alldebrid webdav folder even on the Apple TV. No brainer purchase and well worth it. That Wako app won't see a cent from me.
