What is wrong with the Russian people?
Sooooo much sadly. They have become a broken and garbage people and culture, believing they are better than everyone else and that they are the victim. All their grievances are self inflicted.

In an ideal scenario for Russia they will lose this war resoundingly and hopefully that will destroy their leadership structure. Then hopefully honest and honourable leadership will emerge that will humble themselves at the international stage and own up to all their evil acts. This is the only path that will allow them to rebuild from rock bottom the same way that German and Japan did post WWII in partnership with the developed economies of the world.

That is my hope for Russia and the people of Russia. To realize the prosperity they are capable of.

But I'm not holding my breath.

Importance of EW in wars. Once again it one of the least talked about things, but it is also one of the reasons ru forces are still able have logistics points near russo-ukraine border. The less EW=more accurate target hits:

Not a lot of consensus, they are supposedly getting the theory from those leaked papers.

I would think it is the ukr recon drones (for example dji drones being used to get a target coordinates ) that get get disrupted by ru EW and who relay the wrong target coordinates. So the jdam or any smart bomb might hit the target coordinates it was given, but the target coordinates were off because of EW on the recon drone. Could also be possible that ew could affect the smart bombs, but like they said the chance for that is small or very unlikely. Also as stated in the tweets a bomb malfunction could also have happened in some rare instances.

One thing is 100% for certain the pantsir update did not affect anything lol

The Ukes also love HARM, it's another reason why I think the Russian EW is not the deterrent it should be, they power up a EW or AD system and a HARM comes visiting.

Ukraine Pitches High Returns in Wartime Fire Sale of State Firms

As it fights to defend itself in a war that has killed tens of thousands of its people and devastated the economy, the country is preparing to sell big government-run firms at distressed prices. The aim is to shore up the aid-dependent budget and end a decades-old, post-communist legacy of corruption and mismanagement that has undercut the economy.
First, Ukraine must help fund its war effort and keep institutions dependent on foreign aid above water. Secondly, capital injections and management overhauls in state-owned companies can help revitalize the economy. Finally, the companies on the fund’s balance sheet, most of which were built in the middle of last century, are rapidly losing value.
“If we don’t sell them this year, then next year their only value will be real estate, and in the following year, just the land they stand on,” Umerov said.

Umerov, 41, is the eighth person to take over the State Property Fund since the so-called Revolution of Dignity toppled the pro-Russian government of Viktor Yanukovych in 2014.

It’s a tough job. None of his predecessors were able to achieve the goal of selling big swathes of the state-run economy. Two died by reported suicide, while a former chairman is being investigated for embezzlement charges that he denies.

'The White Papers': Exclusive report challenges Ukrainian tactics used against Russia

Three retired NATO soldiers, who've spent the last nine months in Ukraine training its military, have co-authored what they've dubbed the "White Papers."
The lengthy report outlines a Ukrainian military command structure that, at times, is in disarray and a crumbling military communication system that could result in losing "generations of Ukrainians" if intervention in military tactics isn't taken.

Two of the authors are former high ranking members of the U.S. Special Forces. The third, who spoke to CTV News on the condition of anonymity, is a former major with the Canadian Armed Forces. In an effort to conceal his identity, CTV News has agreed to refer to him as Matthew.
