GM? Nee man, you're really outta touch bud. The Opel/Vauxoff sale to the PSA group was like 5 years back. This current gen Corsa has zero GM underpinnings, all PSA hardware.

It's not just about that. Corsas and Polos used to be some of the most affordable cars, and now they're priced like that. Who in their right mind would buy a 1.2L hatchback for R350k? No wonder everyone and their mums are buying Suzuki

pure greed, they could sell for a better price, but because they sell many units as everybody knows Opel and VW , they jack up the price till its unaffordable for many.
Suzuki isnt as well known as VW and Toyota so they trying to make a name for themselves, so they targeting the cheaper end of the market.
