Traces of explosives found at Nord Stream pipelines, confirming 'gross sabotage,' Sweden says

why not perform the formality and get on with delivering gas then?
ask Germany that question, duh

Russia would have loved for them to stop blocking and certify, imagine the size of that PR win among all the sanctions

You should remember your lies, they tend to catch you.
tell us again how penalties were imposed, liar

at least you admit your ignorance on the topic, so slowly now: Russia was already under no obligation to supply gas via NS (both 1 and 2) before the pipeline explosions

So why was Russia supplying lots of gas then with no contractual obligation? And laughing that Europe would freeze in winter, which they didn't?

So, you blame Germany because Russia started a war after decreasing gas to Europe to try to squeeze Europe to not support Ukraine?
alright your off your meds again so I'll ignore you till tomorrow again or sometime thereafter

Germany is to blame for blocking pipeline certification, nobody said anything more than that, and that is sufficient for any notion of penalties for delivery via NS2 to vanish in a puff of legalese

Siemens saying delivery was refused, not "access" by the way, and it was refused on the grounds that sanctions prevented the normal chain of delivery to be followed, which IS the technical justification

Had Russia not invaded Ukraine, there would have been no sanctions.

again this BS: no penalties were imposed or paid, you pretending differently does not make it reality

Of course not. All penalties become null and void due to Force majeure.

have you ever met a handle you couldn't fly off on, in the wrong direction I might add?

yes it is a mere formality, that doesn't mean any gas will be allowed to flow without that formality being in place, it has nothing at all to do with "how extensive" or not the process is o_O

I'm the one calmly posting references here. You're doing the denial and screaming.

Oh would you look at that, actual photographic evidence of Russian ships, equipped with a mini submarine, over the location of the Nordstream pipeline explosion areas, 4 days before the explosion.

Really good quality image for a ship out in the middle of the ocean doing supposedly top secret stuff only surfacing now. Amazing.

If they had these photos why did we bother with the pipe pig or sailboat nonsense.

That's one of the problems with ships, it's pretty hard to hide them from people who want to snap photos of them.

It couldn't possibly have anything to do with routine maintenance/inspection...it had to be for some nefarious purpose. :sneaky:

The ocean is pretty big. And you need something closeby to take such a photo.

When it comes to dress making you would be more of a pattern cutter than a designer. No imagination. You must build the story, create suspense etc. Don't just blurt everything out in the first paragraph.

I don't know. When last have you seen a pic of the Moskva? The Russians have done a splendid job of hiding her from prying eyes.

Thanks I geuss. Dressmaking is a women's job, strange analogy.

This is the internet. No way for me to tell how you "associate" (I think that's the term used these days). So I try to be inclusive. Could have used boilermaker and design engineer too I guess. Now we need NATO to defeat Russia so that we can get our hands on their classified documents to put this one bed.

Lol okay. Dream big dreams.

Have you ever heard the term "file photo" when related to news stories before, Rietie?

Pity you and Karl Lagerfeld couldn't have had a chat about this. But other male dessmakers are still around:

Karl Otto Lagerfeld 10 September 1933 - 19 February 2019) was a German fashion designer, creative director, artist and photographer.. He was known as the creative director of the French fashion house Chanel, a position held from 1983 until his death, and was also creative director of the Italian fur and leather goods fashion ...
