Cool Ideas Fibre ISP – Feedback Thread 6

on 1492 certain sites cant be accessed. as mentioned above. changed to 1400 and everything is normal.
Indeed, however some changes have been made, thus we require users to check 1492 again, as that should be the default for Openserve since a few months ago.

Hi there, is there a issue still ongoing?

I can temporarily resolve this by turning on CloudFlare WARP but would appreciate feedback on whether this is an Openserve issue or Coolideas. and what time-frame for resolution would perhaps be.

A similar thing happen last year and was resolved quickly.

*Please disregard I just saw the status message on the coolideas website 😂

HI there. The MTU issue was reportedly fixed this morning, with other clients confirming as well. Have you set your router MTU back to 1492 to test?

I am seeing a lot of disconnects of a couple of seconds up to 1 minute for the last day or so. Is anybody else experiencing it or is related to this ongoing international website issues yesterday.

HI there, we are not seeing an influx of reports at the moment, would you be able to log this in the meantime, until we know more?
This is getting old fast. First log said auth lost, then no pado packets, and now it is magically back. WTF is OS doing...

Do you still want to look at this? or should I not log?

If its an intermittency fault, we can definitely still have a look yes. However the best course of action would be to run something like Pingplotter , which will show the drops for our team to take this further with Openserve
