BEE under any name is racist policy disguised as redress to bypass constitutional law and international condemnation. While race based redress may be justified in the short term it cannot be allowed to become policy or a permanent feature of the countries policy. That we still have BEE 30 years on is an indictment of the ANC and their inability to create anything as well as their continued failure to move the country as a whole forward.
