How to do a Vodacom eSIM SIM Swop online

Does anyone know how to do a eSIM sim swop online? I am not saying calling them.
Want to move from physical sim to eSIM online.

Tried the Vodapay app in the past, did not work.

According to Vodacom Chat, you need to use the VodaPay app or go in store.
FYI for anyone else wanting to do this.

I migrated from physical to esim using the Vodapay App last August (2025)
Worked 100%.
There are few steps to follow, cant remember off hand, though it definitely worked.
