I'm still experiencing random internet dropouts since last night. Anyone else on Octotel in the Blouberg area having trouble? Wondering if it's my hardware.

I'm not seeing any notices from Octotel, apart from maintenance that took place yesterday morning. Would you mind logging a ticket for this?

Large parts of the area were without power for almost whole of yesterday and the day before so could be related as well
Any news?
Vodacom is still investigating unfortunately, and were still pending feedback . However our team is actively engaging with them , providing troubleshooting data, which they are sharing with their NOC teams accordingly. This is affecting the whole of Vodacom Fibre in the Western Cape, and is treated as high priority due to the delays in resolution.
I have not had anything concrete to share as yet, but I will do so once I receive feedback accordingly.

My internet is still dying for a few minutes randomly a few times a day now, even after restarting the ONT and my router. Going to file a ticket.

Yup, me too. Buffer health drops to zero every minute and it buffers for 30 seconds. Seems fine again the last few minutes, though
