That has always been SA's problem, player count. I think CS might be the only game that has a sustainable player base. Warzone was popping off the first few months with local servers, it was fantastic. Then they brought out various game modes and the matchmaking took a massive hit and local games became harder and harder to find.

I see it now with Tarkov as well. People are sitting in 10-15 min que to find local games, most of the player base now plays on Singapore or EU servers.

Try playing Rocket League. I was disgusted to find that I had to grind my way through 16 levels of casual games, and when I was finally allowed to play competitive, I couldn’t get a game no matter how long I waited. Yes you can get 2 player comps, but that’s not satisfying!

Yep, they got a good basic game that loads if people enjoy and keep it up to date with very regular updates.

I th8nk the appeal is also that you can play seriously or just mess around and it doesn't matter.

Comp lobbies might be small in SA. And I agree that the number of game modes will have a negative effect. I'm still hopeful though

I never thought I would see Poe1 or Poe2 get sa servers but we did. The playerbase back then for POE1 cant be that high...

Fortnite with my kids is about the only bonding time i have left with the 2 older ones, we have roped Pa into playing with us also lately, great game and i hope this helps make it a even more enjoyable experience for those playing it

Last I tried R6S locally all games were ran by bot accounts and matches ended the moment you connected. CS2 has bot accounts filling our Hostage servers (that kick any human player that joins) . Let's see how this one goes.

Valve really need to fix this. They just need to put a ping restriction lock.
