Umm, you dont have a ceasefire unless all parties agree to everything.

But why should a ceasefire with Iran include Lebanon and Hezbollaj???
 
Israel better hope there are no free market nukes available for any of their enemies. They are playing with fire

If you consider yourself confused with the messaging here ...

To make it more confusing, a bit back, we were assured six finger Bibi was no more.

We also learnt Iran was talking to nobody, Donnie was talking to himself in the mirror, now this.

Yesterday we were assured Donnie was going to go nuclear, then we learnt it was actually Kamala that stated that, but today we were back to Donnie and nuclear again.

And some very pissed okes that believed it had to go to work today.

Others have become avid Iranian supporters - As-salamu alaykum, you!

Meanwhile I'm disappointed nobody shared any TLC with the Houthis, it was such an ideal opportunity.


At least both @RedViking and I are happy coffee prices won't be going up - that's a win I guess. :coffee:

And looks like a tyrant if he escalates, further isolating them from the rest of the world. And probably even the US.

There's no easy way out for him. Peace is the least worse option...

From their pov, an end to the war means Iran can rebuild under the same religious regime. Hezbollah et at can also recover. So, they need Iran in its current form gone so that it cannot rebuild Hezbollah and co. Trump got in more than he bargained for, they probably thought that first "decapitation" strike would mean 80% of the work done. Trump wants out that is why he's been ranting these past few days. Israel are not giving him the out he wants though.

Problem is that to get what they want, they need allies. Right now they are jeopardising the relationship with their last remaining ally. And if they keep going on their own, risk being seen as a hostile state and treated as such.

That would be some reversal in fortune from where this started out, where they fck up so badly that Iran could be seen as an ally to everyone else and Israel ends up being the hostile state...
