When the donator doesn't admit to said donations and donatee doesn't know anything about said donations and it takes a investigative journalist to track down said assets then its bribery and corruption.
Depends, Do you regard donations in general as bribery or is there anything in particular about this one that suggests bribery?
But what question are you answering? because that certainly doesn't look like an answer to what I asked. She is a Minister with significant influence in her sphere—over contracts, tenders, and business. It is difficult to accept that you could be unaware of this.
As a politically exposed person, she ought to remain above reproach. Even where conduct is not unlawful, the perception alone should be sufficient to warrant stepping back.

I was wondering about that. I had never read about donator / donatee but then googled and it seemed it was listed in some dictionaries. Must be archaic usage."Donor" is the standard, preferred, and widely used term for someone who gives or contributes, such as in "organ donor" or "blood donor"
. "Donator" is rarely used, generally considered nonstandard, and often seen as incorrect or informal, even though it is technically listed as a synonym.

You're damn right. Bribery and corruption. Sies for the party you support.
I was so used to seeing all these ministers driving lambos and ferraris. How the mighty have fallen.
