We would like to inform you of an important scheduled maintenance window at our data centre.

Maintenance Window:
Saturday, 11 April
09:00 – 11:00 (GMT +2)

During this time, you may experience intermittent connectivity interruptions to services hosted with us. While the maintenance window is scheduled for two hours, this does not mean that services will be unavailable for the full duration.

Any interruptions are expected to be brief, and every effort will be made to keep disruption to an absolute minimum.

This maintenance forms part of critical improvements to our network infrastructure, including:

• Adding additional layers of redundancy to our core routing environment.
• Upgrading existing core routers to enhance overall performance and stability.

This is part 1 of 2 planned changes aimed at strengthening the resilience and redundancy of our network.

Details regarding the second phase will be communicated in due course.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we continue to invest in improving the reliability and performance of our platform.
