Afrihost acquiring top South African connectivity and cloud provider

Afrihost has concluded a deal to acquire a majority stake in Echo Service Provider, South Africa’s first vendor-neutral aggregator and major network backbone provider.

“The acquisition is subject to the necessary regulatory approvals, and both parties are working to finalise the transaction as soon as possible,” Afrihost’s directors told MyBroadband.
