I'm intrigued as to how a small PC retailer thinks it can play in the ERP/Stock Management/eCommerce space effectively, especially when their site isn't that fantastic from my experience.

Lot of people have complaints about these guys, been buying from them for years and have never had a problem, they are also consistenly cheaper than the alternatives. I suppose it comes down to personal experience, and I have just been lucky.

They are cheaper because of how much they make screwing over other customers.

I find Wootwares site even worse.

Interesting how difficult it is , with all the tools available, to create a good e commerce site.

So they've never sent you CPUs in bubble wrap?

Wootware's service is light years ahead of those clowns and the Evetech RMA experience is only slightly more fun than root canal sugery with zero painkillers.

i guess the real question is ..... did you ever need to return a faulty product or get a refund ?

Yeah. But I wonder now with AI if it won't be easier as it has a way of understanding context. I've achieved remarkable things this last while they would never have been possible couple of years ago.

I dunno tbh, AI has its uses and its place, but its not a fix for everything.
