Long story short, our internet went off yesterday at 2pm. Got hold of them today, they claim we haven't paid so they disconnected us. No warning, no notice. We sent them proof of payment. Ok, they will check and review. If all good we will be re connected in 3-5 days!!! What crap is that?! This is absolute nonsense and disgusting service. I'm gonna look for a new ISP.
