Long story short, our internet went off yesterday at 2pm. Got hold of them today, they claim we haven't paid so they disconnected us. No warning, no notice. We sent them proof of payment. Ok, they will check and review. If all good we will be re connected in 3-5 days!!! What crap is that?! This is absolute nonsense and disgusting service. I'm gonna look for a new ISP.

These companies all want to blame the economy but then they pull this kak to piss of customers. Although obviously things just fall through the cracks sometimes. But service lately (with most places) seems worse than what it was 10 years ago.
 
I wasn't expected this kind of service from Afrihost lately.

I'll not consider joining them again it seems.
 
Should never have signed up with them in the first place.

Worst ISP in SA by far.

I feel that I have to apologise to RSAweb. After a few checks we found that yes we paid our subscription but the last 2 months the payments were reversed for some reason and we failed to pick this up. So it ended up on their side as not paid and so we fell into arrears. So sorry RSAWeb. We should have checked that the payments went through.
 
Who is the fibre provider? Octotel?
