What do you mean “raping the system”? Who says FNB cares about bill payments? You're raping the system paying bills to get ebucks something FNB don't want you to do. Then how much are you spending each month? Not everyone spends as much. Then you need to shop at PNP and most don't want to do that. Get off your high horse.
That doesn’t make sense. Yes there are points for some types of debt but also for saving.Ebucks seems to only be worth it to people who have lots of debt with FNB. Since I went debt free, it’s pretty impossible to really score with ebucks, so I stopped bothering.
Vitality rewards serve me a lot better, without having to do anything I don’t generally do anyway
Lol, I hope not. It’s an adjustment every year I could do without.Thank you for paying me to bank with FNB.

Just checked. Earned R46,000 the past 12 months.Taking a car license out is more effort!
I am on level 5 for decades! Millions of eB! I need a new challenge
To get to level 5, at least last time I checked, you needed a home loan or vehicle finance. That doesn’t make sense. Yes there are points for some types of debt but also for saving.
Wow. The that’s actually impressive, and sort of on par with my vitality “savings”. But how does a person get there with ebucks.Just checked. Earned R46,000 the past 12 months.
I have neither but I do have a loan. Will be paid off in a few months so will have to find those points elsewhere. It is a hassle no doubt. But I do quite well from it so I persist. To get to level 5, at least last time I checked, you needed a home loan or vehicle finance.
Private Client is easier. I’ve checked out Private Wealth several times for the 100% back on a device but I just can’t get to level 5.Wow. The that’s actually impressive, and sort of on par with my vitality “savings”. But how does a person get there with ebucks.
I’m on private wealth, have 3 global savings accounts with what seems be above the threshold amounts in them, but no debt. I can’t get beyond level three.
He's a checkers fan. With Smiggles once he gets his mind set on something it becomes his entire persona.I am not paying any bills, so not raping the system. This is just shopping at PnP ASAP + Engen + Clicks (the 15th) (and this is even without smartspend). If you don't want to shop at PnP ASAP, then fine, but there is no difference in the Domestos you throw into your toilet from ASAP compared to Woolworths.
Do you get ebucks from it on Pnp asap? What do you mean “raping the system”? Who says FNB cares about bill payments?
Which bank to move to though?
Most of my eBucks earned come from:Do you get ebucks from it on Pnp asap?
Why can't you do it online? They closed that loophole because they don't want you to do it?Most of my eBucks earned come from:
Engen
Clicks online municipal bill payment
Pick & Pay Clothing shop municipal bill payment
Pick & Pay shop groceries
Spar shop groceries
Device rebate
Also Smart Spend. It's about 3:1 Earned:Smart Spend.
I haven't actually tried online. Why can't you do it online? They closed that loophole because they don't want you to do it?
I have a question for the experts. There is all this talk about earning, but nothing about spending. I know that you can spend using your ebucks card, on Takealot, get a discount on flights, etc.
Discovery gives weekly vouchers, where you can get a R250 voucher for R100 in miles to spend on sports or books or movies etc. Ebucks doesn't give you discount vouchers.
My understanding is that you can only use your discount on travel, or Hirsch. Hirsch is limited because their delivery costs are higher than the discount saving. Other partners ebucks discounts are also almost nonexistent
I moved my stuff to Discovery. With having a baby and the big discounts we get from Dischem(baby city) and Toysrus it just made sense.Which bank to move to though?
I despise Discovery and have moved everything away from them in the last couple of years. However, if we end up having a kid I'll likely move back just for those perks.I moved my stuff to Discovery. Also if you fully integrate into the discovery system, fuel spend back into insurance excess funder and healthy food items etc.. you get way more back from Discovery than FNB.
