Had a 30min window where my router couldn't authenticate at teraco at 9:30 till about 10

I think its normal, it just looks like that path has ICMP disabled, it looks the same on other networks too, even from Madrid.

Yeah if last mile is fine that just means the circuit to the OLT is still good.

If FNO related its not something we have visibility of unfortunately, but that is usually congestion.

So looks like planned maintenance from our carrier that didnt share the notice with us:
