Literally just got disconnected after ping was 1900 so unfortunately not smooth here

To add to this, can’t log in at all more often than not. Getting disconnected on the login screen

I see the issue seems to be persisting on my monitoring I will inform MFN accordingly

Yeah seems from JHB, WOW is fine since around 08:54, but from CTN there has been a few disconnects.
But yes, lets give things time to settle, and take it from there

Yeah so even though the network was recovered it plays catch up for a while after, but everything should be back to normal.

Having been a Cool Ideas client for several years, I must say that in all my time with them I have hardly had any issues, and on the rare occasion that there is one, it is resolved within an hour at most.

Concur, and when there has been issues, its almost always Vumatel/Link Africa.

I have been a client since 2018 and have consistently received excellent service. Issues are rare, but when they do arise, they are resolved promptly. I particularly appreciate their commitment to transparency, as they always provide detailed feedback following a resolution. Given the scale of their network, the level of reliability they maintain is truly impressive.

Yes indeed, simply enable DHCPv6
