Please let me know how it performs this evening
Hey @CoolEscalator miles better, but still seeing some drops here & there with some latency spikes. :(
MFN are definitely on the right track.

How does it look from your end?

Anyone know if there’s issues in the Fourways/Douglasdale area at the moment? I can’t even download a file or run a Speedtest.

Hi there. Not that I'm aware of at the moment. Our monitors are clear.

I see the ticket was logged less than 10 mins ago, put team will be in touch to troubleshoot with you.
 
Any news on when Openserve gigabit will be available?
Do see that are making it available on the site. But not all areas, some still show 500mbps. Still being rolled out I assume

Down in Eastern Cape with Metro fibre. Sizable downpour happening since 2am this morning so I'm guessing it's weather related?

They have a product for 1Gbps, which is FTTx basically it's locked into their network and is designed to be shared. So not the same as their standard FTTH.

I have followed up internally as well.
Unfortunately any issues have a standard turnaround time of 24-72 hours, but I'm sure our team will be able to assist you as soon as possible.
