Terrible service from Vumatel

It's been a year since I first moved in and got Vumatel. Network quality was bad from the start. Vuma blamed Axxess. And Axxess blamed Vuma.

I changed network equipment and when nothing got better switched to Infinifi since they are a subsidiary of Vuma which can't really play the blame game without blaming their parent company.

My connectivity with Infinifi is even worse. I visibly wait for web pages to finish loading for minutes. Downloads crawl. I have an open vendor PDF download that's been going for 48hours straight and never finished. Connections drop often. And Youtube buffers on mobile even when I'm the only person using the network.

This is before peak lands and everyone is home. Weekends are way worse.

And we're talking a single user on a 30/30mbps line. To be honest 3G networks run faster and at higher quality even when throttling under high use.

And I'm not a high volume user. I'm after network quality more than quantity. So could easily flip to an LTE network and use 50GB data and be done. Been monitoring use, and it's really low. But I'd really like to have a higher quality Fibre network for the low latency.

The thing is Vuma keeps blaming customer equipment while our whole complex struggle just with different ISPs who all blame customer equipment.

Personally I'm leaning towards voting that we kick Vuma off the common property and give a more professional player a chance.

Anyone have better ideas?
