Thank you both for confirmingHey @CoolEscalator
I kept a few tests running in the background throughout the day, and happy to report that from 6:30pm to 9pm the connection was rock solid and speeds were consistent. International latency is also back to normal.
Thanks again for following up!
Hi @CoolEscalator, my problem of no fiber connectivity is back. This time, in addition to the "Power" and "Ethernet1" lights staying on, the "Broadband" light slowly flashes on and off. The "Service" light is off.HI there, thank you for reverting back and confirming all is now in order.
I will be sure to let them know![]()
Hey @CoolEscalator any ETA?HI @Brenvh @Chris_Auc , trust you are well
Please note, there is a link upgrade in progress that is suspected to be the cause of the peak time issue.
I will let you know when the upgrade is completed to test further.
Unfortunately the feedback shared on your ticket yesterday is the latest at the moment. Apologies this is dragging on longer than expected.Hey @CoolEscalator any ETA?![]()
HI there, I'm sorry to hear that. I see our team has logged the issue with Vumatel again.Hi @CoolEscalator, my problem of no fiber connectivity is back. I've logged #COOL-20260515-2672239.
Is it possible that my ONT is faulty?
Thanks.
Thanks, @CoolEscalator. Seems to be fixed now.HI there, I'm sorry to hear that. I see our team has logged the issue with Vumatel again.
Yes its possible the ONT can be faulty, however I would not jump to that conclusion yet.
Apologies for the reoccuring issue, our team will keep you updated![]()
Thank you for confirmingThanks, @CoolEscalator. Seems to be fixed now.
Nope, it's gone again. The "Power" and "Ethernet1" lights are on with "Broadband" slowly blinking on and off. "Service" is off.Thank you for confirming![]()
Yeah so this is now an intermittency issue, so we will report it as such.Nope, it's gone again. This time, the "Power", "Broadband" and "Ethernet1" lights are all on. "Service" is off.
<sigh>
HI there, thanks for reaching out, I'm not seeing the same on our monitoring for WOW, but my best guess is you are havign the same issues as @Chris_Auc and @Brenvh (seems to affect most of our MFN customers) . There is currently a link upgrade in progress that needs to be finalaized. Which we suspect is the cause of the peak time packet loss.@CoolEscalator @PBCool I didnt read the past few pages but I got issues every day past few days from 6 to 8:30 pm or so
High latency high packet loss to Europe - Mainly wow servers that I notice it griefing me.
On MetroFibre backhaul.
HI there, nope, that doesn't seem to match upAre all the current issues related to the link upgrade. Connectivity, especially to nodes, are borked. Even to Valve's servers I am having 50-70% loss, and complete timeouts. All other services are struggling.
