Temu order problem details in South Africa

One of Temu's new order fulfilment partners in South Africa has apologised for delayed deliveries and poor communication over the festive season and committed to improving its service quality.

MyBroadband recently noticed numerous complaints from people who had ordered items on the Chinese e-commerce app that were handed over to newcomer GFS Express.

“We kindly request your continued trust and anticipation for GFS Express and Temu, as we remain committed to delivering the highest standard of service,” the company said.
Trust is moot as it's a gamble which courier you get saddled with.

Yeah I hate it when I get my "gfsex press.com and gfs xpress.com" url's mixed up - almost as bad as, in the old days when I tried to get an email account on: hotmale.com instead of where I was supposed to

Yeh, sadly this doesn't track with my situation. My tracking has been showing my parcel departing the flight from (I assume China) and is still in flight a week later. Really, is my package going to Mars!?

Also, I have another package being handled by Buffalo and I'm getting emailed updates every time my package moves - they are just streets ahead of GFS!

Also had a weirdly bad experience in Dec with a Temu order. Never had issues before getting deliveries as we regularly shop online and then for just one package they kept saying they tried to deliver and no one was home when clearly we were and there was no attempt to dial us from the complex gate. Some couriers are just weirdly behind.

This is my second time having such terrible service with GFS
The parcel has been "Out for Delivery" since the 14th - today is the 18th
Not once have I been contacted as to why this is happening
