Been seeing a lot of complaints on social media about the lack of fillings and flavours. Hope Debonairs addresses the issues.

Well-known take-away pizza brand opening new branches across South Africa

Debonairs Pizza, which is owned by Famous Brands, has opened 36 new restaurants this year, giving more South Africans access to its offering.

they may get busy BUT for me personally Debonairs is not something l really like in fact i actively avoid them since my last experience with them which was not very enjoyable but thats just me ..... they obviously would not open the extra branches if they were not successful but i have tried almost all these franchise offerings and now the only one i keep returning to is Panarottis - i also used to like Romans until the one time they had their 2 large for R200 special but they halved the ingredients on each pizza and that just felt like double the dough only for double the money which to me felt like they were robbing me so i stopped them outright as well

Not my go-to for pizza there's other restaurants i prefer but for quick pizzas for many people they work fine and its not horrible.

I haven't ordered pizza takeaways in yonks. We have some good local pizzarias, so I am a bit spoiled. We have a local tap tavern here with a place below claiming to have New York style pizzas... Now, I have never had New York pizza, but these are delicious.

Of all the things that contribute towards making a great pizza, fuel shouldn't even be on the list.
I've yet to find a takeout that uses gas but I'd likely enjoy it, all the greasy mess is cooked on conveyor ovens which is what I'm avoiding.

If you want nice wet disgusting bases, then get Debonairs

Fair enough - I don't have many positive things to say about the conveyor belts either.

The last Debonairs pizza I ever ordered. I think the shop ran out of toppings.
