Well got attacked again.
So this bit is for anyone noticing this issue.
Bots seem to be going via VPNs which is fine i can still see you. but they doing search queries and store filters the issue is large filters query strings and multple of them if not dozens to hundreds. can block IPs all day but they using outdated Browsers and one was using chrome 142 but they spoofed it. So we put a block on any browser that is X amount aged since no real user would be using an outdated browser older that a year etc. apart from 142.x.x.x.x
Seems to keep the mf at bay (i should thank him been working on something in this week (trying to figure out how to block BOTS from doing searches or query strings since they ignore robots. and google and bing does not really look at those
