Not the first time. They went after Compass Bakery too and eventually they forced the owners pretty much out as well, and then doubled their cake prices. In matter of fact Woolworths got rid of a few suppliers via In2food (Compass Bakery, Spring Valley, Newport Juices, Echo Berry, Nibbly Bits, Interfruit, Lombardi Foods), then bought out In2Food completely.

In2Food has a 30 year long relationship buying out Woolworths' smaller suppliers, with the help of Woolworths.

There is a lot more to that story. A few openly mentioned the bullying from woolworths and the sudden pulling of agreed contracts, that did major damage to their businesses.
