Which computer game have you invested the most time in?

I get about 1000 achievements on Steam in a year, here is a Steam Replay (2025) stat,

and, yes, that is all human unlocks. I only automate Steam trading card unlocks. It is almost all singleplayer games. At this point in time I am already close to 1000 achievements. That said, I do write ups, mostly adventure games.

World of warcraft since launch. Star wars the old republic since launch. 1000s of hours

Must be GTA, all of them, and NFS, all of them. COD must get a mention too.
Oh, and CS and TF2.

Good old days.

Now I just switch on the PS5 now and again to do updates so that "if" I get an itch to play, there's no updates blocking me.

GTA V, Dota, CSGO, Black ops 2 all over 1000h, the good old days before every game became a money grabbing dystopia. Most recent one that I sunk alot of time in would probably be Zelda BOTW and TOTK on my Switch. Maybe GTA 6 will change that.

World of Warships ... around 13,000 matches played

I started with World of Warships in Closed Beta back in 2015. You had to buy in and unknown to me I bought a ship that would turn out to be quite broken (the Gremyaschiy). Not that I was any good in it. I also got the Arkansas Beta, which you couldn't really play because the thing has zero AA and will see tier 4 carriers, who naturally picked on you because you were a sitting duck.

I then got into World of Tanks from Warships. I tended to rotate between the two when I burnt out on the other, but I ended up with more hours in WoT than WoWs, although stats wise I am a better WoWs player than a WoT player. I stopped seriously playing WoWS when subs were being implemented.

subs, CVs, nerfing decent ships only to create brand new OP ships (I still play Khaba the prior king of fast guns, now not even close)
Wargaming makes mistakes all the damn time, which is why I have War Thunder installed, but never play

I think what WoWS does get right is it's relatively easy to jump in, have some matches and ignore the game for a week or more, no need to stay too committed

though I only clocked all those hours because I don't really play anything else anymore

They have never been able to get CVs right. The early days of RTS CVs were hell, especially against a good CV player. Those cross drops...

It is a slow paced game, which I find makes it easier to get to grips with, especially if you start off with battleships.

My go-to ships are the Minotaur or Des Moines. Blot out the sun with shells. Things can get quite helter skelter with the Mino though. You have to be close to the action and it is made out of paper.

Hard to say but Bloons TD6 has me in a chokehold. Lost my old phone and when I realised it was a while since I did a cloud save so had to redo a lot of maps.

I fired up a demon hunter again a little while ago, but what a grind!
I decided to go SSF this season - if you do the bonus cache it's quite quick.

That said, playing with friends is the best - it's just that life is so busy these days and no one is playing D3 anymore.

I really miss the old D3 clan days - good times were had for sure

I'm sad to admit that I never finished BoTW on the Switch - it still languishes on my bedside table....

Overwatch and Civ 6 are my only +1000 hour games i can track
But back in the pre steams days Sims 1 - 3, AoE2, Master of Olympus Zeus and The Movies would all probably 1000+ or close to it
