Afrihost won’t release my fibre Line

I cancelled last month and my line was supposed to be released day before yesterday on 1st of the month instead of releasing the line they tried deducting money for june even though i cancelled

Day light scam😤😤

We can confirm that Vumatel accepted your cancellation request for the 100Mbps Vuma Reach Fibre under order reference OVR-250526-03371851.

Please note that the effective date displayed on our cancellation form is a system generated date and does not apply to Vuma Reach services. Vumatel determines the final cancellation date based on their cancellation process and scheduling (As this is a month-to-month service). In this case, Vumatel has scheduled the service to terminate on 11 June 2026 at 22:00.

We apologise for the inconvenience and the performance issues you experienced. We will provide an update as soon as we receive feedback from Vumatel regarding the early release request.
