I am guessing its not a full cable failure and just affecting some services, i3D's capacity from JNB <> Madrid still seems good.

Morning all, just an update wiocc had an issue with a line card. It was rebooted in the early hours but there is still an issue. They have techs busy at the datacentre. We are currently running on alternative capacity.

Yeah it seems majority is down atm via v6

Strange, I can reach all 3 of those via V6

@PBCool do you guys still have WACS capacity that can be used for situations similar to this?

I am guessing it would be tricky to engineer with the Lisbon pop being between SA and London.

We actually do but its no longer enough for the whole network. So we have IPT as backup with 2 providers.
