Amazon Prime launched for R59 per month in SA

So all of ya'll who signed up, is the 30% off Everyday Essentials really happening?
For example, does the ffg item promotion discount adjust from 15% to 30%:

I'm one of those who's always used their site (desktop or mobile) instead of their app. Always found their app a bit frustrating and lacking a bit...
 
There was talk about Luna not working yesterday, is that still the same? Seems to be working for me and I'm not sure if it's that weird UK/ZA thing I've got going on or what?

Yes, but you have to keep a tab on prices in the real world to confirm that it is really the case.

TAL regularly indicates 'discounts' that are higher than the normal pricing of a lot of their items.
 
I have Prime Video Mobile. It was part of a Vodacom deal to get 12-months free subscription. Only thereafter Vodacom will start to charge monthly the R 29 per month for the sub. Does this fall away and is replaced by Amazon Prime? I have not received any email (yet).

How were you able to get it to work? Every time I hit the Luna home page it only lets me claim the free games on gog and epic games. I cannot get to the game streaming page no matter what I do
 
@Jan @Hanno Labuschagne where is the Luna game streaming you guys advertised - it doesn't seem to exist. You can only grab offline titles for local play, zero cloud streaming.

Either ammend the article as it;s incorrect or ask Amazon for clarity please.

Oh okay. Maybe that’s what I’ve got then. I selected Tomb Raider randomly, I was asked to log in to Prime account again, and I was then asked to link my Epic games account. Being on my work computer I just stopped at this point. I thought that was it working but obviously not. :confused:
