Always charged with murder until proven otherwise
From there the type of murder will be determined, as technically manslaughter is still murder.Tks Lup
Nothing to do with hunting.
Was a very angry bull, not a cow.
Likely a handgun, or at least semi-automatic firearm involved trying to stop a rampaging bull that charged out of a truck.
At least three shots fired in a chaotic scenario with many people and vehicles around.
That's not the same situation. It's an entirely different one from the girl being shot. This is not a hunting tragedy at all.
The media just can't help themselves from spinning their narrative.
Firearms = bad, hunting = bad, pathetic attempt.
How sure are you ?That's not the same situation. It's an entirely different one from the girl being shot.
Cause if you read, it says that the one with the bull is not relatedHow sure are you ?
It seems very similar,

Fair enough, I would still not classify it as a "hunting tragedy."Cause if you read, it says that the one with the bull is not related
Fair enough, I would still not classify either of them as a "hunting tragedy."News article on the first page.
One incident is a bull in a residential area, the other is a wild cow farm.
I actualy think its the framing of the story from the accused.Fair enough, I would still not classify it as a "hunting tragedy."
Uh huh, yes, and hunting is about taking pot shots at a wild animal.I actualy think its the framing of the story from the accused.
Also, they are talking pot shots at a wild cow in a field, "hunting" is a best effort description.
What on earth is a “wild cow farm”? If you farm with cows, I hardly think it’s fair to call them wild, and if you are referring to feral cattle, then it’s not farming.News article on the first page.

Hence the discussion - none of it makes sense. What on earth is a “wild cow farm”? If you farm with cows, I hardly think it’s fair to call them wild, and if you are referring to feral cattle, then it’s not farming.
Like I said in my first post, this girls death is a tragedy - but no part of this story make sense, and someone is trying very hard to frame this utter chaos as a “hunting accident”.
Got to ask: why is there people playing where there is people shooting?Police are investigating after a 12-year-old girl from Krugersdorp was fatally shot during a hunting trip on a farm in the Free State.
According to Warrant Officer Mmako Mophiring, speaking on behalf of the office of the Provincial Commissioner in the Free State, the girl’s father and the man were hunting on the farm on the morning of May 29 when he allegedly discharged a firearm, fatally wounding the child.
The girl was rushed to a local hospital for medical treatment, but was declared dead on arrival at about 09:00.

Well guns is inherently bad as it can kill, but so can any other item found in world used in that manner. This is not a hunting tragedy at all.
The media just can't help themselves from spinning their narrative.

Sorry - not sure which story you read but I read one about a little girl who died due to negligance. This is not a hunting tragedy at all.

I'm no expert on these traditional sacrifices, with a very brief Google search it seems like there are hundreds of incidents globally during these rituals, and the sacrificed animal should be killed with a blade as that's part of the ritual, so I think the above-mentioned article is missing a lot of context and sequence of events.Well guns is inherently bad as it can kill, but so can any other item found in world used in that manner.
Hunting why not but as I said then why are people paying where there are people shooting - it's not safety first and then no one should be suprised otherwise, right? It's obviously god awful but...
Unfortunately I don't fall for your "gotcha" posts, please try that with someone else would you.Sorry - not sure which story you read but I read one about a little girl who died due to negligance.
