Hmm. He-man or wait for Disclosure day at the cinema.
 
Office Romance (2026) 6/10

Amusing romcom. Nothing original about it but there is some elements & scenes that gel well together. Goldstein & Lopez make a half decent pairing. Stay for the end credits.

Eh. Was fine. Last 15 minutes was boring.

Sexy Beast (2000)​

I can't remember why I avoided this movie when it was released, but I am glad that I eventually watched it. An outstanding performance by Ben Kingsley, in fact, everyone was great. The story could have been enhanced somewhat, as it felt very short. 7/10
 
Hokum - 6.5/10. More of a slow burn character study. Creepy visuals but not scary enough.
Is God Is - 8/10. Something QT wouldve made early in his career but this doesnt feel like a knockoff. Tackles a few issues.

Weren't the trailers quite good as well? Hopefully those Hollywood clowns learn a thing or two and stop showing the whole damn movie in the trailer.

Obsession pretty much gives basic the plot. Must be something to do with both filmmakers having a huge following on YT and making some good stuff like this.

Aged very well indeed. Kingsley is superb
 
Masters of the Universe (2026) 7/10

Just came back from the bioscope after watching it. Was a pleasant surprise. Lots of callback to the source material, a smart cameo & action scenes hit hard. Lead Nicholas Galitzine comes across as rather likable & Camila Mendes is extremely easy on the eye. The adventure element across in a fairly strong manner.

Recommended watch.
