For those who don't know Petro Mohyla was an early religious leader in Ukraine who started printing books and was one of the first to print the Ukrainian language helping to codify it and build that culture.

I don't recall an instance where Putin said anything truthful in the past 5 years. It's always heavily distorted version of history and tons of unadulterated lies. Take this assertion as an example. Deceitful as they call it.
