What I've semi-proved is that DStv are throttling some lesser valued channels to compensate, switching between one of those and a sports channel a few times showed strong differences in quality each time.

The stream ran perfectly for me but I was watching it on PC. Smart TV apps usually have issues.

The worst is ESPN 2 which looks like 144p. I've had to watch pirated streams of NRL games for 720p instead as the quality of a PAID service is so awful. I'm probably going to cancel my Compact subscription soon as I don't see the point.

It is live on Youtube but you must join a Sportytv subscription for R15

Regardless of what you paid, if you missed out, the replays are still there, so you can catch up.
