Registering domains, .co.za and .com

Hello

When updating name servers for a co.za domain ensure that your domain is added to your Hostinger Horizon panel and use the name servers that they provide you with.

If Hostinger do not provide you with name servers then you'll need to use your registrar's name servers, and create the required A and cname records

Thank you for your reply Jade. I would prefer not to update the nameservers, as the client’s email services are already hosted and active with Afrihost. My goal is only to point the website traffic to the new host while keeping the email infrastructure unchanged using the DNS records.

Afrihost has already added the necessary A and CNAME records, but the connection doesn't seem to be resolving correctly yet.

how long ago did they add the dns records ? might be a question of dns propagation, it takes a few hours

If dns propagation hasn't resolved in 4 - 24 hours from the time that Afrihost created those records then there is an issue, you're more than welcome to dm me those records and I can take a look and advise further.
