HI all, Investigations are still ongoing, it may be something else we are missing.
Yeah we suspect it may be something else than NLD, quite a strange one, but will get to the bottom of it
So the impact has ceased.

Anyone else having issues on Vuma?
Same but on openserve, everyday since the world cup started.

As a curiosity, what are the correct channels for making a complaint or trying to escalate a matter?

It is a UK minecraft host. I just had a similar crash again. Getting starts from MTR.
Hi there, yeah I see there seems to have been a Flap on international a few minutes ago around 21:08 for less than a minute.
Seems to be back to normal now though.
Might have been something upstream. We will enquire.

I am guessing there are Lisbon <> London issues, I see LINX traffic is now using transit instead.

We are aware of the issues, seems its LIS--> Lon
We will see if we can reroute traffic Via Lisbon for now, which may result in slightly higher latency to London, Europe west.

Traffic has been re-routed to stablize services while the Upstream Provider investiages further. Clients may experience slightly higher than normal latency to certain International destinations during this time.

Is the Cool Ideas Speedtest.net server offline ? I thought something was wrong with my 5G as the speedtest app chose the Cool Ideas server automatically but says "Please check your connection" changing servers allows for a speedtest
