Johannesburg can't pay for fuel to fix its roads
Johannesburg Roads Agency, which is responsible for maintaining the street network in South Africa’s biggest city, has halted all services because it can’t pay for fuel.
The suspension took effect on June 15 “and remains in place until further notice,” the office of the Member of the Mayoral Committee for Transport, said in a statement dated June 23.
