Banana and Mayo works pretty well together. But I can see how that wouldn't be weird to some people.

For years my favourite baked potato filling is grated cheddar, crushed pineapple, red onion and mayonnaise. All in a bowl and mixed through.

We always make too much and the next day it is used as a filling in toasties or just in a sandwich. Top level filling.

I just cut the tater open and add mayo and aromat.
