People forget that Rockstar will add additional paid for content as the game progresses.

In-game access to certain "shops/stores" for certain additions as well, So I can only shop at the poor peoples shop because I bought the standard edition instead of the gold deluxe edition ?!

Don't be poor. They could have left the other shops out, but now they're trialling out literal pay-to-play upfront for some options. Also you gotta ask yourself, how much are all the extras worth to you in real-world money.
